Load rating of wheels

1. All wheels must satisfy the load-carrying capacity of the vehicle located in the vehicle's owner’s manual or the vehicle's tire information placard located on the glove box door, the door edge or the doorpost.
2. DO NOT EXCEED THE LOAD RATING OF THE WHEEL REGARDLESS OF THE LOAD RATING OF THE TIRE.
3. It is the sole responsibility of the installer to assure the wheel has sufficient load rating for the vehicle. Failure to follow the load rating limits of the wheel will void the wheel warranty.

Before mounting wheels

1. Remove one wheel from the front AND the rear of the vehicle/axle assembly.
2. Inspect the wheel mounting surface for any obstructions that may prevent the wheel from laying parallel to the wheel mounting surface. This includes, but limited to rust, hub rings, spacers, clips, weights, and rivets.
3. Test fit the wheels on the front AND the rear of the vehicle BEFORE mounting a tire on the wheel. Install three (3) lug nuts on the wheel and rotate the wheel 360 degrees. Check for any obstructions that interfere with the operation of the steering, suspension, brakes or drive components of the vehicle.
4. It is the sole responsibility of the installer to assure the wheel has sufficient clearance from the steering, suspension, brakes or drive components of the vehicle. Failing to test fit wheels for obstructions will void the wheel warranty.

Mounting Hardware

1. Confirm all the mounting hardware is for the correct application. 

o Lug Thread Pitch and Seat – Confirm the lug nuts or lug bolts thread smoothly onto the stud treads. Confirm the vehicle threads are free from rust and burns. Confirm the lug nut/lug bolt seating area is the same as the wheel.

o Lug Length – Confirm the lug nuts or lug bolts are of adequate length to secure the wheel on the vehicle securely. With the wheel on the vehicle, confirm no less than 7 turns of the lug nut/bolt are available.

2. It is the sole responsibility of the installer to assure the wheel has the proper installation hardware. Failing to use the proper installation hardware can result in damage to the wheel, the vehicle and/or personal injury. Failing to use the proper installation hardware will void the wheel warranty.

Tire Mounting

1. Use extreme caution when mounting tires on wheels. Use adequate lubricant on the tire and the wheel to assure the tire bead and the wheel bead are seated properly on the wheel.
2. Follow tire manufacturers’ rim width and rim diameter recommendations when matching wheel size and tire size. Never inflate beyond the tire manufacturer's recommended tire pressure to seat beads.
3. Damage to the wheel as a result of improper tire sizing and/or mounting and will void the wheel warranty.

Installation on the vehicle

1. Place the tire/wheel assembly onto the vehicle hub. 
2. Install the lug nuts/lug bolts in a crisscross pattern with a hand wrench to assure uniform force is applied to the wheel and the wheel is installed parallel to the vehicle hub. DO NOT USE AN IMPACT WRENCH TO INSTALL THE WHEELS.
3. Use a hand torque wrench to confirm the lug nuts/lug bolts are tightened according to the vehicle manufactures specifications. This information is located in the vehicle's owner’s manual or the vehicle's tire information placard located on the glove box door, the door edge or the door post.
4. Rotate the tire/wheel assembly 360o.and turn the steering wheels to the right and the left to confirm the tire/wheel assembly has adequate clearance from steering, suspension, brakes, drive components and the fenders/body of the vehicle. This should be done while the tire/wheel assembly is not touching the ground and with the vehicle on the ground.
5. It is the sole responsibility of the installer to assure the wheel is secured properly to the vehicle. Failing to secure the wheel properly to the vehicle can result in damage to the wheel, the vehicle and/or personal injury. Failing to secure the wheel properly to the vehicle will void the wheel warranty.

IMPORTANT: ALWAYS RE-TIGHTEN WHEEL LUG NUTS OR LUG BOLTS AFTER 25 MILES OF DRIVING.

End-user

• Check wheel lug nut/lug bolts to ensure they are tight on a monthly basis.
• Check the tire pressure on a monthly basis.
• Wash wheels WEEKLY with a mild detergent. Do not use harsh chemicals and abrasives when cleaning your wheels. – WARNING: Most full-service / express / brushless / touchless car washes use harsh chemicals that can damage the finish on your wheels. Damage to the finish resulting from such chemicals, climate conditions, or neglect is not covered by the wheel warranty.
• Wash wheels after they have sufficiently cooled. NEVER ATTEMPT TO CLEAN A HOT WHEEL. Doing so can damage your wheels and is not covered by the wheel warranty.
• Apply a non-abrasive wheel wax to your wheels regularly to protect the finish and extend the life of your wheels.
